Epstein kept it personally in 2003, then a few years later(2006) Ghislaine compiled it as part of a "Birthday Book" with a few of her friends as like a scrapbook project.
The friends leaked its existence.

Then today Epstein's estate (no heirs so just his advisors run it) gave a copy of the book to Congress.
In addition, there is another image that shows Trump in the 90s next to Epstein, another old guy, and a young girl and Trump is giving Epstein a giant novelty check for $22,000 for the purchase of the girl

The woman who was taken with the novelty check photo in the 90s is apparently still alive, however when the Wall Street Journal reached out to her she denied knowing anything about the events in the photo and just has her lawyer talk for her, so she's very hush hush.

Maybe Trump isn't a full on pedo, just a womanizer who "likes women on the younger side" (to quote him about Epstein). Not much of a defense in court obviously, but I doubt it will ever come to that.
