Eh desu I am not sure how to make it better other than going full autism mode and doing like keto or some shit. I have like yogurt and cereal (the non-sweet one) or eggs for breakfast and just normal stuff for lunch, mix of vegetables, meat and rice or pasta or something.

1. Fastfood isn't magically worse for you than food at home, it's bad due to the ingredients. If you're still cooking shit at home in vegetable oil, or heating up processed foods in the oven, then yeah zero difference.
1b. Count your calories.
2. Good, but other things like salad dressing, milk, fruit juice are also full of calories.
3. Intermittent fasting is better for the digestive system sure, but it has nothing to do with weight loss. Count your calories. (also if you actually want to lose weight, do proper extended fasting for days at a time, 3 is a good amount where you won't need additional salts)

For me, my plain fiber cereal is my treat of the day (w/ whole milk). Also flavored carbonated water (zero calories).

1. I don't use vegetable oil, mostly olive oil and don't eat finished meals or processed foods. I buy ingredients at the farmer's market every weekend.
1b. I do keep an eye out if I am eating stuff that have declarations about it, but it's kinda hard to do when you have like roasted meat and rice with mushroom sauce.
2. Don't use salad dressing (unless vinegar counts?), don't drink fruit juice unless it's like orange I squeezed myself. I do drink milk on occasions.
3. I would try fasting but my parents won't let me and I still live with them since I am in uni.
4. A small ice cream is like <150 cals, not really all that much desu

"Normal" people are fat fucking slobs. The why you listed above is why you are a fat fuck . Get off your ass and learn to cook.. Paleo or Mediterranean. Don't go keto IMHO is a waste of time. No grains and keto it low carb.

How many calories? That's the only thing that matters for weight loss. A home cooked 3000 calorie meal with no dessert will fatten you the fuck up. Calories don't care whether they were cooked by you or some teenager making minimum wage.

How much of it? One crumb of chocolate a day will lead to wight loss. A tub full of salad a day will lead to weight gain.

by far the hardest part im not OP but I love my glass of milk in the mornings post coffee. I'm able to stay under 1400 calories though every day.

Yeah exactly. Sometimes for lunch I have 2 fried donuts at 500cal each. Other times I have grass fed steak with butter.

It makes NO DIFFERENCE!! Calories In, Calories Out man! Both meals leave me ready for my workout. Both give me the energy I need. I have the exercise same insulin response for each, and they are both processed by my body the same way, requiring the exact same vitamins and minerals to process them. Both have the exact same inflammatory response too! Yeah and the same vitamins and mineral content. And the same hormonal signals are sent around my body due to their composition.

It's settled science! You can lose weight and feel great with ANY FOOD! Just keep counting them calories brother that's what I do!! CICO for life bro
