Any hobby, niche or mainstream, usually has their fair share of trannies. With online communities, it only worsens. Most trannies seem to have mental issues or severe autism and with that they not only latch on and become obsessed with the hobby, but they also become very vocal in these communities.
It's like with fandoms - generally the most autistic and annoying people set bad examples.
