I thought about this power alot and the more I think the more I realize its impossible and actually lame. If you stop time you wouldnt be able to process it. Lets say only your body would be unaffected, in order to move you would have to move at an incredible speed for it to not be noticable by anyone else. The signals in your brain wouldnt even allow you to process that you have stopped time. In order to manipulate objects with time "stopped" you would have to move millions of times the speed of light and your nervous system would have to be millions of times faster than that. Even if time wasnt dependent on speed, you would have to enter a new universe on every time manipulation no matter how small.
To stop time would be to destroy multiple universes unintentionally.
Flying is simply cooler.

Flight would be fun but personally I would take elasticity and shapeshifting like Plastic Man or Mister Fantastic. I could become anyone or anything that I want, or just use it to grab shit from other rooms without having to stand up. Or use it to get incredibly freaky. Probably the sexiest power to have.
