They've become sort of a symbol of the far left more than anything. They make up so little of the population that one can infer advocacy for them is not out of policy concerns but rather that support for them is of an ideological bent. Without getting hyperbolic transgenderism is a means to enforce authoritarian morals upon people who just want to be left alone. It's not enough to just let Transgender people be - if you're not validating their pronouns and their entire identity in general you're oppressing them. Anyone who believes in Negative Freedoms shudders at the issue because it seems so stupid on the surface but actually boils down to arguing about objective truth when you dig deep enough. Is a man a woman because he thinks he is? What is a man anyways? What about these fringe cases - actually what do words in general even mean, really?

I don't think it's about that. It's about the fact that nobody takes them seriously or they flat out get made fun of and mocked. I mean, I get why they are being mocked but they likely feel inferior as a result of it. There's also the thing with what bathroom they're allowed to use or not.
I don't know, I'm not from the US and troons are not a subject of social debate in my country, but the fact is that they are being marginalized and they're probably lashing out as a result.
But they couldn't do much harm if they didn't have such easy access to guns, so it all goes back to your retarded gun laws that enable anyone to kill others for all sorts of bullshit reasons.
