In the past? Really bad. If he was after his first day, he had really bad delusions. Nowhere as bad as that time I mentioned about being up for five days, but he would start getting paranoid about things like we're trying to steal his money and make him lose his job, and his neighbor is a thief person and wanting to get him arrested to take all the copper wiring from his home. One time, we were there to help him calm down after him accusing his co-worker of sleeping with his girlfriend (which he didn't at the time) when he was at work, despite the fact that they're always both at work at the same time. One time during an episode, my mom made him spaghetti for dinner since he wasn't eating and he got violent to the point he was breaking stuff in his home because she fed him "worms."
On the episode where he was up for five days, he was flat out seeing and hearing people making fun of him everywhere that he ended up causing a lot of damage in his home to the walls, broke down his doors, appliances because they were listening to him and berating him, etc. The only reason we knew is because his neighbor alerted us since they were on good terms with each other.
He isn't schizophrenic, it's just that when he's manic and stays up past that first day, he does go into psychosis.

I wouldn't know since I'm just his sibling. He is a hard worker though and is considered one of the best people at his job. His boss is really understanding, so he didn't fire him or anything when he had to be committed the few times he did. His boss even say when he is mild, he's a harder worker than usual. He knows now that is one of his signs.
Yeah, so, as I was saying, I keep that consistent sleep cycle and it's almost 11pm here, so I'm going to bed. THank you for talking with me.
