Hot people having an easier life is a story as old as time.
I don't disagree that looks are important and can be a deal breaker for many if not most people, but it's not the end all be all of existence.
>Like you do not gain anything from being ugly
Of course. It's a dysgenic trait that will make your life harder.
>Its not hard to be charismatic
It's a skill like any other and takes time to learn. Some people are born with a natural charisma but even then those people must still work on it to master it.
>if you were hot your entire life you will be more outgoing and confident
That's the thing though, hot people aren't usually charismatic or very interesting because most of them have been carried by their looks their entire lives. They never had to develop a personality, hence why such stereotypes as the bimbo exist.

Like I said, attractiveness creates a positive bias and I'm not denying it.
>there is no objective good for something as subjective and immaterial as a personality
There is, just like there's objective beauty and universal truths there are objectively good personality traits.
We just live in a horrible time where society rewards negative traits such as low empathy.
