Hot people having an easier life is a story as old as time.
I don't disagree that looks are important and can be a deal breaker for many if not most people, but it's not the end all be all of existence.

It's a skill like any other and takes time to learn. Some people are born with a natural charisma but even then those people must still work on it to master it.

There is, just like there's objective beauty and universal truths there are objectively good personality traits.
We just live in a horrible time where society rewards negative traits such as low empathy.
