>be 19-22
>study STEM subject at university

Traits you want:
5-7/10, BMI<29, height>5'10, good hygene, shy, introvert, KHHV, never in a relationship, never asked out a girl, at least 21yo, acceptable grades, acceptable work ethic, pursuing STEM degree, shared interests, shared moral code, good personality (has never bullied anyone, isn't an asshole, likes animals, etc), good vibe, good gut-feeling, could realistically become your best friend personality wise
>some of those are simple observables, for others you have to get to know them a bit
>to get to know them a bit simply spend time with them, a "heeeeeyyy! can you help me with this math problem pleeeease? :3" works wonders, you're a female, you play the social game of live on easy mode.
>After you've identified a target who matches all the above mentioned traits and through spending time with him he's been successfully friendzoned and he has a crush on you
(this is usually again pretty easy unless he's gay or something, He's a KHHV in his 20's who never got attention from girls and now a girl is giving him attention)
>after prolonged observation while in close contact in deep platonic friendzone (basically best friends at this point), you identify him as husbando candidate
>now the plan is simple, as again, you play all social aspects of life on easy mode as a foid unless you're really really ugly.
>walk up to him and say "Hey! You! I have unilaterally decided that you are my BF now. Resistance is futile and your acquiescence is not required. Prepare to plan our first date or face the consequences!"
>congrats, you have now a fully devoted actually nice person who loves you, thinks you're the best thing that ever happened, a literal angel decended from heaven to save his KHHV ass from Inceldom
