There's no point in trying to understand the way women think, because they literally don't think.
Any preconceptions you have about causality and interconnected thought patterns do not apply to women. They aren't considering the way you would perceive them for what they say, because they are literally not able to comprehend it. They're saying it just to virtue-signal about how tolerant they are. If anyone with those traits approached them, they would have some other excuse to not be with them.

Women fundamentally hate men and patriarchy and male behavior. You have to understand this, for a woman it is settling for the least bad option. Beauty to them is not what they like but what they excuse. That's why they go for psychopaths early on in life. They hate society and want a way out and theyre like "hey this guys trying to get out maybe he knows the way" which won't work inevitably. They see you and what you do as dirty, low and unfortunately necessary. It's not like you where you get preset preferences.

Because society and the safety of women are predicated on the lie that women aren't concerned with male appearance and instead select pro-social men with good incomes for sex. This lie means that men, deceived by the lie, will obey laws and labor in society so they can attract women.

Once a man knows the lie, however, why would he act in pro-social ways that benefit women? Why would he ever share any of his money with women once he realizes that they find almost all men inherently disgusting. Why wouldn't he treat women just like women treat men?
