Why do you need someone else to look after you when you get older? Just do cardio+weightlifting. You don't need anything extreme, the goal is more to preserve muscle mass than gain muscle mass. Walk 30-60 min a day, do squat, row and bench press.

That may be a bit too simple anon. You're not wrong that political persuasion is inherited frequently. That said, there's any number of possible events that could complicate that. Perhaps a powerful institution convinces these formerly man appreciating women (if they exist) to hate men. What if all women are just huge cunts by nature? There's several possibilities here.
