Maybe try eating vegetables with a more consistent texture like carrots or celery. I know that even I don't like the feeling of some fruits like grapes and blueberries since they can sometimes be soft and squishy, and not in a good way. Also for meat you can try buying thin sliced meat or ground meat since generally that doesn't have blood or large chunks of fat, it just makes grease. >>82786566
