before this whole epstein shit blew up, because of trump and the right wing, it was not normal for the justice department to just mass release case files for public viewing. trump changed the rules by running on releasing them. his behavior since getting into power again is that of a guilty man. in terms of proof, there has only been testimony from the abused, his clear relationship with epstien, and his actions since he came into power. we won't get the proof until they are released, which he refuses to do. even if released, the fact that he's got agents pouring over them to remove mentions of him makes it unlikely we will ever see the actual truth. he's behaving like someone who is guilty.
so no, it doesn't implicate biden or obama. they were following the norms of the time. further, as far as obama not arresting epstien, it's not the job of the president to target individual citizens.
