>Take a "break" after graduating, I'll do so much with all this time! I'll learn a language, learn to draw, I'll get jacked, I'll find a job eventually and I'll be fitter, this is it!
>Lay in bed for 6 months doing nothing, eventually forced to get a bad paying soul sucking job as money runs out

Fucking hell, I hate my self. Kill me, I can do nothing. Why can't I ever do anything.

Most people aren't capable of improving themselves. The reality is the vast majority of people have been born from very long linages of peasantry. You and I are peasants and the harsh reality is that we need someone to tell us what to do for structure in our lives.

Self actualization requires having your needs met first, but to have your needs met you require self actualization. Welcome to the paradox most of the population suffers from.

I got a job after 9 months of being a layabout. worked hard for 6 months at minimum wage before quitting and becoming a neet for 1.5 years. went to college, couldn't finish before covid shut everything down and had to start paying back loan I took out for college (spent all my money I earned at job while neet). had to get different job 2.5 years in because not paying enough to pay bills off quick. paid off bills and eventually moved out, then after a year I have to move back in since it's gotten more expensive.
I feel like I've wasted the last 10 years of my life
there are worse things than being a wagie anon, but I hope you get a good job. things'll get better. eat a burger and have a dr pepper.

I did learn a language, learn how to draw, didn't become jacked though since I don't want to be but I have started working out. I still feel pretty lost on what to do right now. I'm considering going to college but I'm not sure. I'd like to make money but I fear I can't make good money without a degree. Also even though I learned how to draw, think I'm pretty decent at it even, I never FEEL like drawing even though there's so many fanarts I want to do. The drawing process just isn't fun for me. Sorry for hijacking your thread with this blog post, just questioning the point of any of the things I even did. I guess I can at least say I did something. I think learning another language is ALWAYS a good thing no matter what. I've just lost motivation. I think the main thing is I need to make money. Just don't know where to even start.

have you tried developing a game using those drawing skills?

No, I haven't. I don't really have any actual ideas for a game and I know serious solo game dev is much harder than most people assume. I like drawing fanart the most anyway rather than designing and drawing original characters. By the way just in case anyone thinks so the pictures I'm posting aren't drawn by me.

surely you know what your ideal game would be?
A game specifically catered to you; something you want to play...
Surely you're not satisfied with any of the current games out there.
