Yes. I have to put a lot of time and effort in to even keeping myself grounded in reality, and I myself have intellectual gifts. I get confused by words and yet some people juggle that with lots of other things. I might honestly have some kind of mental disorder because I feel even dumber than I was when I was a kid. I read slower, have to reread stuff, and get a headache when I do mental tasks for extended periods

Yeah until they say or do something stupid. It happens very often because even if you've learned one subject it means you're still shit at everything else. Hence why I prefer talking about skills, raw capacity doesn't mean much if it's not applied.

The smartest person I have ever known is probably Goatis aka Sv3rige or maybe aajonus. People who are good at math aren't impressive since it is all meaningless symbols. Someone like Goatis, however, is smart since he gets to the reality of things. I have been impressed by skilled orators too but never by that le autistic computer scientist homeless vagabond thing you're all mentioning.

Emotional intelligence isn't real, its just a function of general intelligence. Generally smart people are going to be able to model other people better than a less intelligent person, though capability doesn't necessarily mean they care or desire to.

No I don't think so I've probably met people smarter than me but that's not a huge deal. I have met people that think they are super intelligent. Americans that "know" multiple languages think they're einstein for some reason. it's obnoxious.

An IQ that high is a curse almost every time.
You either get bullied in school and have none of the adults do anything about it, which effectively ruins your self-esteem from the get-go, or you go down the "gifted child" route which has it's own set of issues.
Unless you have a monetizable hyperfixation, you're just more aware of how badly everything sucks and aware of how helpess you truly are.

I could've technically had really good grades in school, but I got bullied less when I didn't have good grades, so I kept my head low and that habit stuck with me for the entirety of my time in the education system.
The smartest thing you can do is just live out your days comfortably, achieving shit is for the people that have some hope and aren't nihilistic.
