That's how you come across to them. I'm going to imagine a stereotype of 'ripped black guys' I've seen: You're a walking shrine to capitalism. Your lifestyle seems so fucking boring. You care about a bunch of dumb shit that nobody should care about. You're incredibly insecure in the specific sense that you give into peer-pressure extremely easily, conforming so hard that you're actually ahead of the curve. They want someone with weird ideas who understands that curve exists but doesn't care about pleasing others as much as you do. Maybe I'm wrong and making a bunch of assumptions. Whatever.
