i only like mama instant noodles, the shrimp flavor is basically my favourite food even if i'm capable of cooking/baking nice things.

not a woman but i make homemade noodles. it's the only way to avoid tons of sodium and sugar. wheat flour contains and enzyme that breaks resistant starches down into sugar over time. most commercial flour is all digestible starch and sugar with little protein or other nutrients. getting good flour means very little sugar and more resistant starch, protein, and vitamins and minerals. resistant starch can't be absorbed by our bodies so it reduces the effective calorie content of noodles. you could eat 1000 calories of noodles and only actually get 600 calories. you still feel full but you don't get fat. i eat a ton of alkaline noodles mostly in chinese noodle dishes or just plain noodles with chili oil and scallions.

yes it's very tasty. but i mean just very light frying to make them so they aren't overly soft anymore, but a bit crisp. sometimes i add in other ingredients too like spring onion or tuna.

Top is my favorite hot noodle combo aside from doing pho with meatballs, thin sliced beef, and thai basil

the noodles are cooked, they just aren't swimming in water. it's like straining spaghetti after you cook it. it doesn't dry out the spaghetti lol.

i wonder why americans never got instant noodles that aren't ramen. we have instant noodles here where you're meant to drain all the water and mix the seasoning like that.
