Sure, especially constant bleaching. But many women, mainly women with naturally blonde or dirty blonde hair, just naturally already have thin hair via genetics.

Women get thinner hair mostly due to hormonal changes. Dying hair doesn't particularly hinder hair growth, only existing hair. I had a time where I went through all the colours but it's only when I hit my 30s I noticed any loss of volume
