Did a 12 hour fast and ate McDonald's right after. FML. I have no self control.

>12 hour fast
You've just slept and ate a late lunch?

I didn't eat for an entire workshift +slept for 4 hours. I got up, hopped in my car and drove to the nearest McDicks and downed a double quarter

do you work a physically demanding job? if you do then both fasting and sleeping just for four hours can end up silly

No. I just do security. I'm basically a walking camera.
I started fasting because I noticed that I was getting kinda chubby, so yeah.

if you can't just not eat, then the best course of action is to just eat things that are low in sugar and also filling (fruits aren't really low-carb but they are still better than pastries and they sure fill you up quickly, unlike veggies) like poultry, proteins take long to digest so they keep you satiated for longer
unless you can't cook for yourself for one reason or another then I'm sorry

This is why fasting doesn't work. When you eventually crack you just go overboard. Try keto, my appetite plummeted once I cut carbs.

It's not even that long. Like, you eat food at 6:00 p.m. and go to bed at 10:00 p.m., wake up at 6:00 a.m. and eat breakfast at 7:00, completely normal, and that's 13 hours right there

Fellas, fellas. The point is I have no self-control. The last and only option I have left is to do hard running for an entire week and watch the pounds slip off. By the end of the week, I should lose about 10 pounds, and that might bring me back to my slim trim self.

that's like 4 kilograms, is your figure really going to change that much?
anyway, cardio is a tiring activity, if you have shit self-control, you'd have to prepare yourself for skipping jogs, or even worse, gorging on food after you move in fresh autumn air
