Sleep Drug Cycling
GABAergic drugs like benzos (preferably xanax for the short half life) and pregabalin and gabapentin reduce anxiety, make you feel comfier, and help you sleep. There are also drugs like belsomra / suvorexant and especially ambien that work. Seroquel / suvorexant also works, but it's pretty gross. It makes you feel worse while just making you feel a bit drowsy, and I wouldn't recommend taking more than 50mg at a time, anyway. You actually get a bit of a comfy euphoria from ambien, and belsomra somehow magically works to just make you fall asleep more easily.
Anyway, I got my belsomra prescription taken away from me, and it could potentially take a few months for me to get it back. I still have plenty of ambien, though. I'm so grateful for the dark net. Anyway, I've even considered low-lose opioids for insomnia just for occasion to get around gaining dependence to GABAergic like benzos and pregabalin and gabapentin. I'm a bit open to having a few beers here and there to magnify the effects of other drugs, but alcohol fucks with your gains. Maybe not a few beers or shots, but I know that shit can easily fuck you up once you start taking too much.
