its probably more that you're not getting enough natural light in your eyes and all the light you're seeing is only right where you're focusing which fucks your whole shit up in all kinds of ways, plus some deficiencies. its not natural to have no bright light in your periphery and only where you're focusing for so many hours
i think i know what you mean by your eyes feeling kinda weird and heavy or having some pressure or some shit too and for me taking b12 and or iodine is like lifting a veil off of them and feeling light and it feels really good taking in lots of daylight
or maybe im just completely wrong, but try it. you probably want to increase selenium intake before iodine and go easy on the iodine and definitely not slam 1000% the daily value like some thyroid cleansing supplements recommend
