when analysing people like rodger, you have to be able to try to make yourself relate to him and see things from his point of view. Maybe he had a similar experience to me, I peaked as a child and had girls call me cute all the time etc so it became what I expected and I seemed to have formed part of my perception of life around that. And it did unknown levels of damage to me, but I have since changed my ways.
