I'm in the this situation right now, mom died nearly 3 years ago. Right now living off of savings in an inherited house. I got maybe 4-5 years at most before the money's gone. At the same time I won't jack shit until I feel any pressure either so I just sit back do nothing and blow money on vidya and eating out.

it's a tiny fucking house (900 sq ft) and I'm not sharing with anyone. At this point it's a complete pigsty anyway and would likely need a complete gut and remodel to make livable for most people.

I don't have a plan, I just trust that I will live. Luckily I don't have many needs or desires

nordic NEETs can just go to le jobcenter and basically get free money with few strings attached, id imagine germans and the rest of western europe have something similar. in general rich countries have elaborate welfare programs to ensure that you dont have to check out just because your provider dies. for americans, or god forbid, turd worlders, its a different story id imagine
