Nope. I stayed inside all the time. I even went to a party uni and never went out to parties, just stayed inside and played games and watched anime. Once I got into a normie job though I started going out almost every day with coworkers and got lots of pussy doing that. So I guess I still got the experience most people got. All I can say is that yes it's worth it. If I were back in uni now I would be going out and fucking a lot, it's fun most of the time.

It genuinely is a pretty big deal. My entire view of life changed after I started having sex regularly. I was a lot more relaxed, learning things came more easily, and I felt more myself. I started getting into shape and working on being more charming so I could meet more cute girls and make them laugh then fuck them. Once I started taking care of myself and finding a look for me I liked I realized that I'm actually pretty good looking, and started having a lot more success in life. If I'd never gotten laid I would have remained inside playing games and being an introvert. It is unironically a big deal, maybe not for all men but certainly for a lot of them like me.
