I have. I was >=30% body fat since I was 12 and only lost significant amount of weight 3 months ago. I went from being absolutely despised by girls to having 3 women clearly interested in me. But I'm very afraid to talking to girls and even people in general - so I can't grow my relationships with my relatives or make new friends or find a girlfriend.

I can only hope it'll get better. I can't afford fucking therapy right now.

This is the story of my life- only they don't have to go through my history (Don't have one and use 3 browsers, have 2 phones, etc.) It's just evident when women talk to me, they assume I'm this big strong man when I have intense social anxiety so all I did for a year was work out and listen to audiobooks.
