one thing I don't think most men understand is that attractiveness is for the most part a performance. from looks to manners and behavior, most things are put together to give certain impressions. since the whole concept to me is a show of effort and money for those who understand it, there is absolutely nothing wrong with using surgeries to achieve it. in particular because for women it's your value as a person. it never matters if you're smart and sweet or have a fun personality, people form their opinions on you solely based on attractiveness and people now see perfected manufactured bodies and faces 24/7 online. even being an accepted level of attractiveness is impossible without surgeries and looksmaxxing for the average woman. since it has external repercussions, it's no longer only about "feeling better about myself".
