Not really, I speed a lot and I have never done it because of time constraints, but a lot of the time it is necessary for improving safety and traffic conditions, stupid.

that is quite literally never the case. You can always make sure you are under the limit and increase the distance from the vehicle in front of you by slowing down. There is never an excuse to be above the limit. It is quite literally never, ever necessary.
