get on a PPI like omeprazole
otherwise you'll end up getting throat cancer eventually
there's also a new drug for GERD called voquezna not sure how many insurances cover it thoughever

Do you wait at least hours after eating before going to sleep? Do you lay down to watch TV after eating? Do you exercise ever? Are you a woman near the age of 40? Are you fat? Do you snore?
