yes. You probably don't need to if you really worked to improve social skills, but might be worth it just to give you confidence with women honestly.

If you don't have a friend group or people to party with IRL, getting foids online is always going to be the easiest and surest way. /r9k/ and /soc/ being the best bets. You may have to travel for a plap vacation in a LDR but it's very easy.
