Because personally I can't stand emptyheaded and dumb people as they usually tend to be vapid and annoying.
She doesn't have to be a genius PhD scientist or something, but I'd like someone who is around my level of intelligence/education (I am not claiming to be a genius either, but I am a university student, so I would ideally like someone who isn't like a high school dropout). I want to be able to have mentally stimulating and meaningful conversation with her.
Also, people who are smart can also generally be independent and take care of themselves. We should of course support each other, but I am also not looking for someone I will have to take care of like a pet.

This is a bit pointless question, honestly haha. I don't have open applications so that I would accept or reject someone based on a single fact.
My answer was more in vein of what kind of person I generally find myself attracted to. I can't really judge someone based on one fact. It's possible someone can be a high school or uni dropout for a valid reasons but still be pleasant to be around and have their life together and be doing well for themselves. Same as someone can finish a PhD and still be stupid and annoying. I was just giving a throwaway example based on some general correlations.
So, yeah, I guess I wouldn't mind it if they dropped out of uni if I got on well with them and found them attractive (emotionally and physically).
