Every generation had a new medium come out, start of exciting and innocent, and turn into a fear mongering medium to control the masses from escaping the wage slave life.

Newspaper, radio, tv, internet. Zoomers fear twitter like boomers fear fox news. The internet is the first major decentralized source anyone can use. It just took longer to wrangle. Cancel culture was invented because too many people were finding independent avenues of money so they flipped the culture to control how many people escape the grind.

By moving goalposts and outlawing jokes now no one can escape. Someone will find something they did or said that doesn't align with the world decades later and ruin their success with it. It keeps everyone else in line.

I barely watch YouTube videos, much less anything recommended to me. Because of that, it's so fucking easy to see the mountain of slop right in front of me. There's been a shit ton of times where you can see an X community video right next to a Z situation video. This shit is pure cancer and aids. It's a parasite that always tries to leech its way onto your attention and never goes away.

On the flipside to that, its also never been easier to spot and avoid, with the use of browser extensions to get this fucking trash off your feed. When that's the case, WHY THE FUCK DO NORMALFAGS KEEP CONSUMING THIS SHIT!?!? It's all the same trash. Some faggot talking about shit that nobody could give two fucks about.

I've started feeding the YouTube link info Gemini and asking it to summarize the video. Most of these 14 minute slop videos can be summarized in three sentences. The video gets no views and I get the information I was curious about. Fuck them
