i didnt fully follow the directions because my brain wasnt working or something. i also had shoddy knife skills when i needed to dice onions and tomatoes. I was also disorganized and had trouble finding my tools.

ah, well sometimes i get lazy and skip a few parts myself, but at least the first time you do something you better follow all the recipe properly. dicing things is just a matter of practice really. i think firstly you have to be careful not to dice your finger. no clue what an instant pot is but i still think you should try to make this again some other time now that you've tried already once
