Actually the program has visual guides on that, so for once I could measure servings accurately. Like there are picture of what each amount of specific food looks like with reference items on picture.

My eyemeter is excellent, I can measure sizes accurately in both cm and grams, and this have been proven in laboratory in which my visual measurements had an error margin of 0.01grams and 0.1cm

Processed food is all toxins. It's literally rendered into paste, seasoned, filled with preservatives and reformed into a shape.

Cooking clean is simple and easy.
Bake some chicken quarters, cook up some seasoned jasmine rice, and cook up vegetables. Cook up some oat meal, cook eggs, etc.
That's so easy to calorie count.

I am not eating anything rn but for my morning I ate knorrs fast soup with half a slice of rye bread and 14x3x4 homemade foccacia slice then for lunch I had two weird "dumblings" covered in beet and with some cream cheese inside, it also had a teaspoon of pesto, half a cup of vegan ice creams and some amount of veg meat for degustation. I dont know the amount since I was just picking some 10gr pieces around the fair. maybe its 200 gram in total at worst.
For evening doing some 150 gr of sausages, 200gr of semolina foam (its 109kcal per 100) and a pack of noodles, I guess I will have another foccacia slice on top. I dont feel very hungry today so idk what else I could add. Two wild apples maybes.
I have drank 3 cups of tea with oat milk also, but it has like half a cup of milk per the teapot

Are you counting serving sizes correctly? Most prepackaged stuff will say something like 300 calories per serving but there is 5 servings in 1 package and it does not seem like it would be 1500 calories
