I won't outright disagree here, but what I will say is that I do not think all porn is equal in how bad it is.

The real issue, I think, is the lack of regulation on porn. A LOT of people see the extreme stuff too young and assume that what they're seeing is what normal sex looks like. Porn where the woman is just characterized as the slut is probably a major offender. There have been some really great examples of healthy relationships existing in porn comics, but I can't say I've seen it in regular mainstream porn.

I think Neapolitan (Tamyra, Slipshine) is a good example of how you can make a good porn comic that isn't just brainrot fetishism. (see picrel)

Some of Lemonfont's comics also deal with things beyond just their fetish material. Granted I haven't read his stuff since I was a teen, but I do remember reading through Shapeshifter at some point and getting hit with the realization of "Oh god, am I turning into the issue?" or something like that.
