Do you have a fit body?
Do you have an objectively attractive face?

I can't really do much more than that when I have classes from 8:00(8AM) to 20:00(8PM) with the occasional 2 hour break which involves me walking back home, eating and then walking back to uni. I suck at organising my time in the first place so that's probably part of it.
I guess I also do about 50 pushups in the morning and before going to bed but I assume that's on the low, low end of exercise.

Being a med student only shows potential, mostly for future security and much less for dominance, the latter being the most important to give you any sort of status.
It excuses you from currently being broke, if a woman finds out you are dirt poor but you are also a med student it will be the same as you already having a good stable job. The only place you immediately get to impress others is among other students in the health profession doing something lesser, like nursing students and such. The issue with this is that you are also compared to other med students, and you better measure up as the competition here is brutal.
