Use small plate

chug water and you will be too full to overeat, then overtime your brain will get used to not overeating. if you want the feeling of overreating but not the calories, look into volume eating

i used to have binge eating disorder and was overweight for most of my childhood and teenage years and this is unironically how i fixed it. you've gotta push through the urges, its like a junkie fix more than anything

It's not just a matter of tricking yourself. You feel good, you get slightly dizzy, you go to sleep more easily. it's like getting high or fapping. You have to be prepared to give that up.

Smoke. It will suppress your food cravings and increase your focus.
>inb4 it's bad for you
So is being fat, which smoking will reduce. It all balances out.

others have probably said these before me: use a small plate, drink water before eating, eat a lot of protein since it fills you up and 30% of its calories are burned during digestion, drink diet soda (it isn't any more cancerous than having a phone in your pocket and the artificial sweeteners make you crave food less), don't be distracted while eating (e.g. scrolling on 4chan)

im guessing it wouldn't be the best idea if you're actually morbidly obese but i just decided it was time to stop and reduced my intake by a shit ton, i allowed myself one day a week where i get to fulfill my cravings, you wont feel nice and if food was one of the only positive aspects of your life then its only going to get worse but it does work

I'm trying to lose 45 lbs. I have an app that tracks calories. Seems to be working so far. 20 lbs down, 25 lbs to go. That's it, just counting calories. I even do retarded shit sometimes like eat 4000 calories on a stressful day when my will power is low, then starve myself the next day to compensate; but I wouldn't recommend doing shit like that.

As a former fatty who lose 80lbs, it's very difficult at first. You must stop eating before you feel full. Eat about half of what you normally would and then stop immediately.
Drink ice cold water since it burns calories when your body warms it up to body temp. Get used to intermittent fasting. Eventually move on to 1-2 days of water fasting a week. Eventually your appetite will be significantly lower.
Also buy baby carrots and snack on those when you're hungry.

Every time you get the urge to eat, just stab yourself with a fork instead. I lost 30 pounds this way.

Just stop caring about whether you're fat or not.
>inb4 I don't like my appearance
stop obsessing over how you look, you freak
>inb4 girls won't date me
it's not like you had a chance to begin with. also women are a waste of time
>inb4 I cant run fast
Just never leave your house
>inb4 I will die earlier
Preferable.
>inb4 employers will less likely employ me
stay NEET, get on welfare, leech off your parents, sleep in your car
