i think you should either accept it and maximise what you have or kill yourself because no matter how much you change yourself , no matter how many hormones u take or the makeup or the clothes you wear, your brain will always find more and more issues to pick at and the more you change yourself the more your brain will nag and nag at you to fix it , you will never be enough for the (impossible) standards your brain will present to you. then eventually the suicidal outcome will happen anyway because you can not take back the damage inflicted upon your body and you cannot come to terms with the imperfections you cannot fix.
