Buying Online
I bought something online 3 weeks ago.
Today I sent their customer service a message asking where my shipment was
>uummm according to our system you havent bought anything from us, we're very sorry for the inconvenience
<so you'll ship my products now, 3 weeks late?
>actually, the products you originally bought are no longer in stock because it was 3 weeks ago. again, we apologize for the inconvenience
You have no idea how many times this has happened to me and how infuriating it is.
You spend weeks jumping through hoops just to end up with your money back
The Internet was a mistake. We should just have actual stores
