Sure its still with the implication that they like you for your status and weath and passport and unlikely your actual internal qualities, but chances are good you can get a wife who will actually birth your biological children and probably not divorce you if you aren't a total asshole for cultural and social stability reasons.

Pay some woman 100K and she'll have your kid and sign away her rights as a mother leaving you the sole guardian.
Then you probably need another 100K in savings to hire a nanny and/or cut back on work during the infant years till the kid can go to school and you back to working.
