i hate wings. agree with pastoids they were a waste, useful for stock. there's the tiniest bit of good meat on them. and i've eaten the cartilage (even the crunchy wing tips) and nope, they're grotesque, no two ways about it.

i got a free box of raw wings and my plan WAS to cook them all and cut off the white meat for soup or something. but fuck it, they've sat in the fridge for weeks and are getting thrown out today (such is my distaste for wings).

It's not less dirty compared to rice. It's the most efficient way to eat it. You can eat rice with your hands, but it's just if not more efficient to use a spoon, while being more civilized.
