I had a perfect tenant to rent out my room too, "problem" would have been solved for now, now time is running out and I'm running out of women wanting to rent and anxiety is increasing

I literally had several months on me too
brutal
this could all have been solved
since I even fucked up the upside of not having this tenant and some one else because I would not need to buy furniture now I'm gonna do it anyway just to rent
now everyone takes fucking days or weeks before each response and no contact outside this shit
dealing with people is hell everyone dodgy and no responds for days
I should have taken the first thing and just moved on and it would have been solved even thought I needed to spend some money, but I was thinking things out too much and being greedy and was trying to wait and optimize
