Sex between people who are not married should be illegal and the government should be actively conducting sting operations against people who attempt to use the internet to have sex with strangers. It's disgusting, it's against the Bible, it spreads diseases and creates unwanted babies, it devalues sex, and we as a society should not allow it. Couples who are only dating but suspected to be having sex before marriage should be subject to DNA tests to determine whether that's true and if it is both parties should be sent to prison. Hospitals should have to report STD infections and sexual injuries involving the unmarried to the authorities. Anyone who has sex outside of marriage should face a minimum of 5 years prison time, 15 years probation and have to register as a sex offender for violating the sacredness of sex and undermining the sanctity of marriage.

What's not necessary is allowing people to spread disease, procreate haphazardly, devalue sex and rape God's will for the same reasons they'd go to the movies or visit a theme park; things they could still do in a world where casual sex is illegal btw. I also think we should make divorce illegal and provide free marriage counseling resources for those who seek it but that's a different discussion for a different day. Either way, in a world where casual sex is fully illegal, I think divorce rates would decrease because you couldn't just leave your spouse and go have sex with anyone you want.
