Thank you guys for the advice you gave me yesterday. I still have a bit of an eye twitch at night, but it's getting better, I'd describe it more like an eye strain now. I ate some bananas and got some rest and it's significantly better than it was yesterday. If it was a magnesium deficiency causing it, I have no idea how that happened, as I try to eat a varied diet every day.

Coffee might've been a factor as well, but I've reduced the quantity and only drink it in the morning now, never past noon.

you got results in one day? good for you man. Dropping coffee and adding magnesium supplements by themselves didn't do it to me.

Well, it's not a complete recovery, but it's definitely getting better so that gives me hope at least. I'll try to take more breaks away from staring at a screen as well, whether it's a monitor or a phone. I've been overworking hard to get a side project done. It's not stressful, but it does take a toll when done 15 hours a day for what feels like years.

I think stress related to workplace was the main culprit in my case. But fixing all the other stuff did it for me and now I feel good enough to not even care about the workplace stuff any more.
Sleep, nutrition, physical fitness. If you are getting older take care of yourself, we can't be 20 forever. 15 hours focused on anything is way too much.
