Anons please help me design the ideal robot diet. This diet would be for about 2k calories a day. Also assuming the person isn't working out or doing intensive exercise.

that depends entirely upon your tastes
slow cooker meals are the best, shit like pot roasts
the idea is that you meal prep beforehand and portion over a week for complicated dishes

Potatoes in oven, meat in cast iron skillet. Maybe rice in rice cooker. Cooking for one person is just too much work to actually think about. Meat and starch always satisfies, and is very fast and reasonably cheap. Butter, cheese, and milk is easy way to get more calories in.
