Autism is a repellent to women
If you are an autistic male you are defacto not attractive to women and it needs to be emphasized that there is absolutely nothing that you can do about it. If a fat man is unattractive he can lose weight, if a short is too short he can wear lifts or get leg lengthening surgery but as an autistic you are out of options. Imagine all of the women that you need to approach to find the one. You are gonna be rejected for years to come before you find someone who puts up with your tism.
In other words

I think option two is better. That's just my humble opinion.
