Men have to be masculine to get a gf but women don't have to be feminine. This discrepancy is too jarring. If you ever suggest to a woman that she should be more feminine, it's considered backwards and offensive. Yet for every problem a man faces today people pretty much tell you to just be a man bro.
It wouldn't be as bad if people admitted the hypocrisy and just acknowledged that men and women are different, but they keep the facade of gender equality on top of all this

not every species, your pic shows an ornamented male, in humans female are the ornamented one. in most of human history human females did not have any direct say over who got them pregnant, the rules were between men only. in humans when a female can be impregnated in a cycle is undetectable as well
