i started working a job recently and, not knowing anyone there, i was pretty timid and quiet and they treated me weirdly. after a while i started getting more aggressive, moderate bullying, saying shit like "shut the fuck up bitch" to mild annoyances and then they started treating me more warmly
why is this the necessary attitude i need to be accepted by them? this is somewhat blue collar by the way if it matters
