Why do people think healthcare, housing, other similar shit is a human right? Human rights are just implicit things you have in a natural state, freedom to act and speak and such. Healthcare and housing and all that require the input of others, unless you like build the house yourself or treat yourself medically but then that is just the freedom to act still

Marxists in particular all come from extreme wealth, so they were born and raised in conditions where they never had to worry about housing or healthcare. And they get angry when someone they would otherwise relate to is not extremely wealthy or privileged.

Their point is that "input of others" is abundant and infinite, so you can just create a society based around abundance - to each according to their needs, from each according to their ability.

Because it's better to have those things than people living in poverty.

People with housing can live in poverty. In fact not everyone even cares about housing. Plenty of wealthy nomads out there.
