economic liberalism is always the superior method of running an economy but the government needs to address the issues that are bottlenecking their own economies.
Latin America is poor due to lack of industrialization, and this happens due to multiple factors. The fact that all of their governments are extremely corrupt and have ties with narcoterrorism doesn't help them
