>Is it easy for you to deal with?
Definitely not. I struggle with systems and relationships. I was pretty highly functional for a good while but I've learned it's better to isolate myself for now and take it easy. How about for you?
>I know of one, but they don't know I'm tracking them.
Definitely don't tell anyone more than that.
>does this happen for good things too?
Sometimes, but I find that when I am genuinely excited for or eager/passionate about something, it helps sustain me for a long while. I think feeling good and happy is the most productive emotion for me, but it's been over a month since I've been happy now.
