It was during my teens so I can only speak about the underage girls, you will certainly find one that will want to fuck you if it's mixed.
I'm in my 30s now and would never want to go to an adult psych ward, I think it gets pretty bad when you're older, during youth it's mostly just depressed kids, BPD kids, etc.

I knew four kids who spent time in the psych ward when I was in high school. One depressed incel, one autist, one failed school shooter, and one tranny. None of them ever had sex that I know of.

Yeah a few times, a slightly older (40+) nurse named Katie presented her huge boobs inches away from my face the first time she came to check on me. The other girls were underage and very chaotic, psychwards are extremely varied by hospital and when you get put on haldol or Invega the last thing you'll be thinking is sex.
